Who can use the MyCONEXIS app?

Our app is available to anyone with a valid CONEXIS flexible spending account (FSA) or health reimbursement arrangement (HRA) and an iPad®, iPhone®, and iPod touch®. To use the app, you must agree to the terms and conditions.

How can I download the app?

Simply go to the App Store and search for “MyCONEXIS.”

Do I need a username and password to use the app?

Yes, the app requires a username and password. This helps protect your private account information. But we’ve made it easy — simply use the same username and password to access the CONEXIS participant website and the MyCONEXIS app.

Important: If you don’t already have a username and password, you must register for access at mybenefits.conexis.com before using the app.

What accounts can I access?

Use the app to access any of your open CONEXIS FSA or HRA accounts.

Can I submit a reimbursement request using the app?

Yes, it’s one of the app features. Just submit a request for reimbursement by providing details about your expense, and then use the camera on your device to take and submit a photo of your itemized receipt or other supporting documentation.

Can I clear up benefit card transactions?

It’s easy to clear unresolved card transactions by using your device to take and submit a photo of your itemized receipt or other supporting documentation.

How do I know if I have an unresolved card transaction?

We will send you a message when you have a card transaction that requires attention. After you log in to the app, check to see if you have a message in Unread Alerts.

Tip: Sign up for Real-time Alerts and we’ll notify you when your documentation has been approved. You can also choose to receive alerts any time a transaction is denied or requires further action. To sign up for Real-time Alerts, log in to your account at mybenefits.conexis.com.

Does CONEXIS also have a mobile website?

Yes, we sure do! With our mobile website, you can view detailed account activity, make online payments, view notices, sign up for Real-time Alerts, and order benefit cards for your eligible family members.

Important: Mobile device users must use the MyCONEXIS app to submit a reimbursement request or clear an unresolved card transaction with supporting documentation.
